Today, I’m participating in the Saturday Spankings Blog Hop. Spankings mean different things depending on the relationship. In the third book in the Triple Passion Play series, our poly triad is expecting their first baby. With one mom and two dads, there is a lot of anxiety and tension between our two heroes. Some of the tension is sexual.

Trisha usually likes to be on the receiving end of her spanking play with Ken, but in the following excerpt, he’s so out of sorts and off-the-mark, she can’t think on any other way to capture his attention.

EXCERPT

“A blowjob isn’t new. You two have been there before so I know there is more. I’ve been lobbying for a solid triangle for a while now, and the two of you finally fuck without me there to watch?” Trisha squealed indignantly, disappointed rather than angry.

Ken’s jaw dropped as he sat upright and then shook his head. “Hell no! We did not fuck, not that the horny asshole didn’t try. I told him to get bent.”

“Say what?” She furrowed her brow. “Why would you reject him?”

Ken’s eyes widened. “Are you kidding me? That idiot tries to use my ass to get his rocks off just because you’re out of commission, and I’m the asshole here.”

She frowned, palming her face. “Please tell me you did not accuse him.”

“Of course I did,” Ken answered matter-of-factly.

“Ugh! You jackass!” She balled up her fist and pushed her knuckles into his ribs.

“Ow! Stop.” He scooted a little farther from her.

“No wonder he showed up here looking like a kicked puppy. I’d never seen him so pitiful.”

Ken’s expression held a hint of disbelief. “Get the fuck out of here. What are you talking about?”

With some difficulty, Trisha scooted to the edge of the bed and stood. She gnashed her teeth and punched the side of her thigh. “Your cluelessness can be adorable, but there is a limit to how much slack I can cut you.”

She stormed off to the bathroom and then grabbed her hairbrush before returning to the room and then ducking into the closet. She riffled through a small trunk of special, bedroom goodies, finding a pair of leather wrist restraints and a black and chrome trimmed case. She smirked, thinking of the little surprise she had inside for Ken. After returning to the bed, she set the box and brush on the mattress and tossed the cuffs to Ken.

He frowned as he picking them up and shook his head. “I’m not going to spank you. You’re pregnant. Those games might not be safe.”

She rolled her eyes. “It’s not like I’d let you beat the hell out of me…besides, the cuffs and spanking are for you, sweet cheeks.”

Ken held up the two leather wrist cuffs joined together by a small chain up in front of his face. “Seriously?”

“Oh, yes, you have been a very bad, insensitive, young man. I’m going to tenderize you until I can wring out some emotion.”

He pushed back the covers before fastening one of the cuffs around his wrist. “I don’t mind playing bottom but I have no idea what you are talking about.”

“I know you don’t. That’s the problem.”
